Returns
Should you be dissatisfied with any purchase please contact us within 3 days. If we have sent you an incorrect or faulty item we will happily rectify our mistake. Please note that if the item is wrong due to customer error during the ordering process exchange or refund may not be granted as most products are made to customer specification.
Please note: All non-faulty products you wish to return must be in perfect, unworn condition. Please also state the reason you wish to return your product when contacting us within the required 3 days as stated above.
If you wish to return a product, please e-mail us at sales@viciouskittencouture.com with the following details and wait for a reply before shipping your goods back to us. Some restrictions may apply in certain circumstances, but we will notify you.
Returns WILL NOT be accepted unless complete information is provided including:

Full Name
Full Address
Valid Email Address
Phone Number (including the area code)
Quantity and Name of returning Product(s)
Reasons for returning the Product(s)
ALL PACKAGES FOR RETURN MUST BE CLEARLY MARKED "RETURN" (as you will be liable for any duty applied to the products).
Order Cancellation
As all items are custom made, a full refund may not be granted if you cancel once we have started to make your order. In this case a 25% surcharge will be applicable. You will be notified when we begin making your order, via an order update email. You may also check your order status on line.
Full refunds will be granted on request for all orders older than the current stated lead time.
Other Clauses
If goods are not delivered because the address supplied when you place your order is incorrect, incomplete, or changes before despatch of your goods and we are not notified of this, then you are liable for the postage costs we incur.
We cannot deliver to PO Box numbers overseas. We can deliver to UK PO boxes, but you must contact us prior to placing your order to.
Products and product colours may vary slightly from photographs shown, and such slight variations are not considered defects.
Please be aware that your order may attract customs fees from your country. We are not responsible for, cannot control, and cannot give advice on Import Duties that may be charged by your country when your order is delivered to you. Customers in the European Union should not be charged import duties.
